Under Requested Host Name, type a unique name for your printer. If the host name successfully registers to the DNS server, the host name appears under Verified Host Name. 12/19/2013  · I have the similar issue, but my Exchange Server is in India, Xerox and Canon printers had the scanner@webmail.com for scan to email which is the relay allowed on the gateway. it stopped working for the past 2 weeks, i think they did some fw changes it worked for 2 scans and not anymore, able to send email from the scanner but not scan to email.
