That will prevent dodging and running away. Ukoboch, or however it’s spelled, gets scarecrow really early and that inflicts it. Yatagarasu is the one I used but he’s level 13 where as the other one is level 6. Yatagarasu learns lethargy circle which has a chance to inflict agility bind on all enemies every turn for 3.
